Firefox sources and Cygwin GCCSDK setup available

Firefox SourcePeter Naulls has posted on his blog that he has now made the RISC OS Firefox sources available in "order to encourage further development". He has also released "a GCCSDK setup for Cygwin, which contains the RISC OS cross compiler and other libraries needed to build" Firefox.
