Which version then from Thirefox ? It is about time, that someone is updating the 1.5 version of FF into the 2.0 for Risc PC's and NOT only upgrading for Iyonix ones. :-( Also to make FF lots faster in rendering webpages, atm Fresco is FASTER !!! |

You are aware that the main reason that Firefox is slow is that your computer is slow? And that the reason that Fresco's faster is because it's doing less?
There may or may not be speed optimisations made to Firefox, but I kinda suspect it's not ever going to be fast enough to be (what I'd consider) usable. YMMV, obviously. |

I think it would be usable if you make allowances for expectations brought about by using faster machines. |

Out of interest, what stopped it working with NetSurf? I've used PayPal with NS before with no problems. I just logged in successfully. This seemed to work fine - the only minor hiccup was having to manually click on the link to go to my acount info page rather than be redirected automatically, but as far as I can see everything seems to be working. I can't test withdrawals, as there's nothing in my account... |

Trying to click on "pay" just returned to the same page, as did Fresco. |

Trying to click on "pay" just returned to the same page, as did Fresco. Ah - that's pretty fatal . I'll have a look at the page source when I get a chance. If it's a Javascript issue (which it may well be) then FF is likely to be your only option for some time - there's currently no timetable for NetSurf getting Javascript support AFAIK. However, it may be something else, in which case I'll submit a bug report. Bugs are being fixed at a good rate at the moment, so it's always worth doing. |

Bugs are being fixed at a good rate at the moment Clarification: crash bugs are being fixed. Nothing else features on the priority list at present. [Also; just cos we're closing bugs doesn't give you lot a licence to open more ] |
