I've just been reading the latest Eureka (which is fab this issue) and I read that a DVD has been produced of the Guildford show! It has views of the show and all the theatre presentations! Fantastic. I'd love to see something like this for every RISC OS show.

Erm sorry guys :( I emailed him (his address is in Eureka) and got a very terse reply saying that it was only available to "participants". I replied and told him he should sell the bloody thing as people would buy a copy for a fiver or whatever. Pompous bastard :E

How about drumming up some support for a Wakefield version?

With a bit of effort and a DVD writer visitors could walk away with one at the end of Saturday. (I was going to say Sunday until I realised there is so Sunday at Wakefield. :| )

I've got the view from my stand from last year's show at 1fps, sped up to 25fps, including the setup and part of the knockdown. Each day is about 18MB a piece when DIVx'd. IF Rich is happy with bandwidth I can make them available.

I doubt there'd be a *huge* rush, so yeah, I'm happy with that. Just tip news@iconbar before announcing it so we get first linkage ;)

3fps copies are now up.

If anyone wants stills putting up at the original resolution (640x480), along with a (publishable) caption, let me know the time in whichever file and I'll see what I can do, time permitting.
