Does anyone have any example code for using Tinct ? By the sound of it, sprites need to be loaded with the usual OS_SpriteOp and then Tinct needs to be called to convert them...

Try looking at the NetSurf source code. Although we're trying to move away from Tinct because the source isn't available and it doesn't work correctly on some modern machines.
