Also, what the hell is this stinking great big flower that I can't pick or dig up that there's loads of flies buzzing around? Or am I possibly misreading it and it is actually the rotting corpse of one of my neglected animals? That's a Rafflesia. It appears if you get too many weeds in your town. The only way to get rid of it is to clear all the weeds out of your town. |

Now you've just given me an incentive to not bother weeding for several months!
But first I think I shall stop messing around and get the perfect town rating. The trouble I'd been having before was that animals moving in/out was affecting the environment rating. So in the next day or two once I'm back up to 8 residents I'm just going to have to protest every time one of them tries to move until I get the tree balance right. |

I am, however, expecting to receive a package containing Super Paper Mario for the Wii tomorrow morning as well as the new toy I ordered to replace my old and broken toy. |

I nearly bought SPM this evening, but then I remembered that I find scrolling Mario platformers rather annoying. And Morrisons didn't have Tingle in stock. |

Eloise: Oh toooooot! I was just thinking about Richie from Monkyton. He made The Fishie up there! I'm totally in love with it. I make kissy faces at it all the time!

7.0.
Unfortunately that review makes me think that Tingle is Zelda's Wario. And that's the same thing that someone else has said in the comments.
MUST RESIST. MUST STAY TRUE TO WARIO!

I'm not getting it yet because:
a) I've still got Tingle to finish and Hotel Dusk to start b) I have secret DS Lite upgrade plans and want something new for that c) Metroid Prime 3 comes out next week |

My copy appears to have come with a free Zelda thing to hang off my DS. I have no idea why I would want to do this. |

Why does the manual tell you to do a somersault by drawing a circle while running, when what you really need to do is quickly slide the stylus backwards then forwards? |

I don't know, I've been having problems doing sumersaults, but fortunately I haven't come across anywhere that it's necessary to do it other than the bit where it tells you how to do it |

*finishes zelda*
Could have done with being longer - you don't really get a chance to get full use out of all the weapons they give you.
Also, my right hand is worn out.
Now to spend the rest of the day trying to fix the Hellgate: London demo |

*finishes zelda* Already?
I've got the three spirits, and one of the metals so far.. I'm just taking care of the icy dungeon. I still need to go back and get the last sea chart, which I'm guessing I'll need to get to wherever the third metal is hiding...

Yes, you do get to use everything - but since you get some weapons at the start and others at the end you don't really get to use each weapon for an equal amount of time. The boomerang and bombs you'll have pretty much used to death by the end of the game; but what about the more exotic things like the bombchus? There's still some scope for using those more before they become run-of-the-mill. |
