Well i tried to make some of my friends uses my RiscPC but...
They was "annoied" by the fact that everythings is in english and Windows is in italian so... on my spare time i am translating all the resources files in italian.
On the programmers reference is wrote in a not complete way how to make the directory !Territory etc...

The question is... how the !Territory directory must REALLY be composed for let RISC OS use differet messages files?

Hello Paolo,
Your territory application should be stored on the root directory on the drive given by the outcome of the command:
*Status drive
for the file system given by the command:
*Status filesystem
FYI: this should actually be the URD but as the URD is likely not to be defined at all on most of the RISC OS computers by the time the territory is loaded. That is the root directory..
Inside the $.!Territory directory, you should have your Italian territory (filename is Territory) and a directory $.!Territory.Messages
All modules that are in this directory are also loaded along with your territory module.
One word of caution: even if you do not have an additional module to load, the Messages subdir muts be there (even empty), unless you like having the "amiga screen" on booting..

So if you have managed to build a module with all your replacement files in it (some applications exist which do that). Then that's all you have to do..
By the way, you do not have to load your resources modules at that time, you can wait the PreDesktop phase if you like...

Hope this helps,
Benoît
