http://www.drobe.co.uk/archives//ftp.argonet.co.uk/pub/Acorn/PD/Comms/esockets-107.zip
That has some documentation in it, if it's any use. |

Hmm, Drobe doesn't like that. http://www.drobe.co.uk/archives/index.php?directory=/ftp.argonet.co.uk/pub/Acorn/PD/Comms/ (esockets-107.zip) Don't think this works on 32bit machines though. Not sure about distributability either.
BTW: ftp://ftp.iconbar.com/pub/ArgoNet/Acorn/PD/Comms/ - I originally helped create the ArgoNet PD archive!
Edit: http://ftp.iconbar.com/ArgoNet/Acorn/PD/Comms/ - I attached a web server at http://ftp.iconbar.com/ to the /pub/ directory. ________ Cheers, Rich.

a BASIC library that provides a friendly interface to the Socket SWIs ... But then, you might only end up with me using it, and not others. In fact, such a module would be very useful, so it wouldn't just be you that uses it - I would as well Presumably you'd prefer a module to a BASIC library though? I'd much rather have the module, which is way beyond my own programming ability to create, but allows everyone to use it, than a handy BASIC library. Yes - I almost exclusively program in C these days (on RISC OS), so BASIC libraries aren't much use.
(Except perhaps that with a BASIC library I could just don my secret mask and cloak and turn into Raffles; Code Burglar Extraordinaire. Or something.) |

It's working!
... ludicrously slowly over a serial cable.
Now to make sure the module version works, then add support for changing screen mode |
