RISCWorld Volume 5 Issue 1

What's this dropping through letterboxes all over the world?
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Is it yet another AOL 9 CD? No, it's
Volume 5 issue 1 of RISCWorld, the CD based subscription
magazine for all users of RISC OS.

Among the many features found in this bulging issue are...

Our in depth Wakefield 2004 show report, complete with our
pre-show video walkround. We preview the Expo 2004 in the
Netherlands. We also continue our series on website design,
look at games for RISC OS and also show you how to run
VirtualAcorn on restricted users accounts under Windows XP.

We also have all our regulars, including our round up of the latest
games and PD releases as well as our Iyonix column, with all
the latest news for Iyonix users.

We also have news on an updated version of PowerBase, a review
of the new 32bit version of ProArtisan 24, programing in Lua and
we continue our serialisation of BASIC V a Dabhand Guide.

Of course we continue our policy of including as much of the
software that we mention as possible on the CD. We are also
introducing a subscriber discount (bribery) scheme, that gives
readers discounts on a wide range of products from APDL and
iSV Products.

Also our free commercial software package this month is
the truly excellent WebFX3D, from Dansoft Developments.
This allows the creation of stunning 3D artwork for websites
and countless other uses.

Plus we have Hugh Jampton's photo competition, my regular
rant and more.

RISCWorld is published bi-monthly by APDL, full subscription
details, issues index and an on-line sample issue can be found at
