Given up on MPH already? :P
No, I played that today too. I'm trying to pace myself with the singleplayer game so it isn't over too soon. I'm just under 50% completion so far, with 3 octoliths.

Multiplayer is quite fun against the 1-star bots, playing in teams - I think Defender is my favourite at the moment.

Multiplayer against people is fun, too. *hint* *hint*

Unless of course Nook's turnip prices are any good in your town.

86. There's a caveman tunic on sale in the clothes shop, if you're still after one.

Nah, I finally got one. And then he buggered off and left town soon after! Ungrateful bastard!

Hopper made an appointment to visit me. He gave my house 3 out of 5. Said I needed a bed. Doesn't the one upstairs count?

Right then. MPH?

It would help if I didn't keep getting lost.

Some of those corridors and rooms are very repetitious and I keep going the wrong way.

What I'd like to know, is how they think making a smaller DS is going to solve this problem :P

I play lying on my bed, resting the DS on my legs. Don't really need to hold it much. The main problem I have is holding the stylus far too tightly.

Hmm, I might have to try that. At the moment I have to hold the DS rather tightly in order to be able to get the right level of control from the stylus/D-pad to play MPH properly. Certainly non-action games aren't a problem to play :P

I saw one of those asleep on a tree, but by the time I'd run back home to get my net it had gone.

Lots of fireflies, though. And rain!

Yet more crazy bugs! Obviously Nintendo are rather strict with their calendars and treat June 1st as the start of summer.

That's one big f***ing moth.

"Atlas moths are considered to be the largest moths in the world in terms of total wing surface area (upwards of c. 400 square cm or 65 square inches). Their wingspans are also amongst the largest, from 25-30 cm (10-12 inches). Females are appreciably larger and heavier.

The caterpillars are adorned with fleshy spines along their backs which are covered in a waxy white substance. After reaching a length of about 115 mm (4.5 inches), the caterpillars pupate within papery chrysalides redolent of desiccated leaves."

This game is full of bugs :o

How are you supposed to catch the spiders dangling from trees?

And why do the other residents spend all night challenging me to catch the sorts of insects you only see in the daytime?

I just caught a tarantula :o

It's a wonder anyone in Japan ever goes outside with that many bugs around :o

Come on! They're easy. If you're using the dpad for stuff then you might want to try the touch screen instead - you can just tap the bugs to catch them :)

You should ask Derwin what he thinks about snails :P

There's a HUGE fish lurking in the shallows, but I didn't have my rod with me. It was at least as big as me, and had a fin sticking out of the water.

I want to catch it!

Probably a shark or a coelocanth - I've heard that they sometimes appear after it's been raining.
