More Omega news (which I kindly got an email from Dave Atkins about)

Really? I've heard nothing from them, ever, although apparently they know I exist when I ring them up. Can't remember whether I gave them my e-mail address on the order.

To be honest, I'm so happy with things at present

Why?

He thinks we've forgotten about his Risc PC eating contest.

Unregistered user Everybody in this forum should have to take a test in reading.

I guess that's more of a verbal gag.

The phrase 'embargo on delivery dates' was just too exotic to be left alone. indiff

"If I said it was tomorrow... well, it might not be."

Now that does sound like him! smile

What the blsmilesmiledy hell does that mean?!
I spoke to DA today and he said basically deadlines change, so he's not tying himself down to any dates any more. It could be tomorrow, it could be six months. Actually, he didn't say that last bit, he said something along the lines of "If I said it was tomorrow... well, it might not be."

Dave informed me of the news update on the site, but said that there is an embargo on delivery dates at present - but "no news is good news in this case".

To be honest, I'm so happy with things at present that I'm prepared to give Microdigital the benefit of the doubt. Let's see what happens, but hopefully... smile
