RISC OS 5.05 is here

Posted by Phil Mellor on 14:52, 19/2/2004 | , ,

Castle Technology have released a new version of RISC OS 5. Iyonix users can download the RISC OS 5.05 image from the web site to update their flash ROMs.

Writing on the private Iyonix support mailing list, John Ballance explained that "the main changes reflect improved resetting, and a heavily updated USB stack in ROM. The video card should now also be better reset as a result of a soft reset." A list of changes is provided as part of the distribution - we'll provide more details as soon as possible.
